Demo account is opened automatically upon your registration. If you want to open another one, please go to the “Accounts” section in the menu and click “Open Account” in the left upper corner. In the opened form choose “Demo”, select server, account type and currency and click “Create”. In your new demo account you can change its name, leverage and set up a password if you would like to access your new demo account from MT5 client terminal.

No, you can’t. A demo trading account contains virtual money and is absolutely free. Demo accounts are designed as an educational tool to familiarize customers with our trading platforms.

While demo accounts and live accounts provide similar trading experiences, the demo accounts are predominantly used for familiarizing yourself with the trading platform and for educational purposes only.

You can do it from the trading terminal by using our fast top up and withdrawal menu. Or you can go to the “Deposit/Withdraw” section in the menu, choose account type “Demo” in the left upper corner. Than choose account that you are willing to top up, enter the amount, chose “Demo payment system” and click on “Deposit funds”. Sum of all deposits to the Demo account should not exceed 10,000 USD.

Demo accounts only expire after 3 months of inactivity.

You can archive your account any time. Proceed to the “Accounts” section in the menu, choose account type “Demo”, find the account you are willing to archive in the list and choose “Archive account” in the dropdown menu of the column “Actions”.

Please go to the “Accounts” section in the menu and click “Open Account” in the left upper corner. In the opened form choose “Real”, select server, account type and currency and click “Create”. In your new Real account you can change its name, leverage and set up a password if you would like to access your new demo account from MT5 client terminal. According to the regulation requirements, Real account registration is only available when you fill in your personal details in the Profile section of our trading platform.

The available account currency is now USD and EUR. We are working on expanding this option for our clients and can propose wide range of the account currencies in the closest time.

There is now significant difference in these two options. You can choose any currency you want and all your profits will be calculated accordingly. So all your funds will be stored in the currency you select.

Change of the trading account currency is not available at the moment. You can open a new account, choose the currency you want and transfer your funds to the new trading account.

No, you can’t. Rock-West compensates any negative balance that can occur in case of slippage or any related market volatility.

Rock-West allows you to open up to 5 trading accounts. You can open new account on our online trading platform following the Accounts section.

In order for you to log in to your MT5 trading account, you will need your trading account number and password. To these data you need to first register on our online trading platform, proceed to Accounts section. Then open a new account or choose the existing one. Change the trading password for the account and copy account number. Once you have your account number and password, simply install the MT5 platform on your PC or mobile phone and 'Log in to Trade Account'. We advise to download installation file from our website with all presets made. If you will download MT5 installation file from the Metaqoutes website, you will need to find the Rock-West broker first and then log in to your trading account.
