Manage & Develop Partnership Operations and Products, including but not limited to:

  • Research and analyse markets for Partnerships, develop ideas for improvements and development of competitive advantages and USPs. Implement mechanisms to gather feedback from partners and customers to continually improve partnership offerings. Use feedback to drive product enhancements and operational improvements.
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision and plans for partnerships in alignment with the company’s overall business strategy.  Plan Partnerships budget
  • Oversee and enhance operations related to partnerships, ensuring uninterruptedness ease of access to and use of partnership products by external and internal stakeholders.
  • Improve efficiency within partnership operations.
  • Ensure awareness of partnership products and operations among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks associated with partnerships and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all partnership agreements comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure sustainable legal and operational structure of partnerships.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of partnership activities with other business units.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, compliance, BD, Marketing, Dealing, Treasury, IT, Projects and other departments ensuring technical, marketing and operational excellence of Partnerships.
  • Develop and implement a communication strategy to keep all stakeholders informed about partnership activities and successes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and manage the partnerships budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
  • Analyze the financial performance of partnerships and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability.
  • Manage & Develop the Partnership BD Team, Operations and Structure

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the Forex and CFD industry.
  • Strong understanding of Forex and CFD markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
  • Proven experience in managing partnership or affiliate programs.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
