Can’t find your trading account password? Don’t worry! Recovering access to your Rock-West trading account is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below.
Step 1: Select Your Trading Account
Log In to the Rock-West Client Portal: Access the portal using your existing Rock-West profile credentials.
Navigate to the Accounts Section: Once logged in, go to the Accounts area in the dashboard.
Select your Trading Account:
Find and choose the trading account for which you want to reset or change the password.
Step 2: Reset Your Password
1. Click the "CHANGE" Option:
Locate the Password option within your selected account, and click the CHANGE button
to proceed.
2. Password Reset Window:
A password reset window will pop up.
3. Enter a New Secure Password:
Create a strong and secure password. Make sure it meets all the specified requirements
(include capital letter, numbers, and symbols for enhanced security).
4. Confirm the Password:
Re-enter the new password to confirm it.
5. Submit to save the new password
You are now ready to use the new password.
Step 3: Log in to your Trading Account
To log in to your Rock-West trading account, simply click on “Trade” button and enter
your trading account credentials to connect.
