Who is a Local Payment Agent (LPA)? A Local Payment Agent (LPA) is a person or entity authorized by both the Client and Rock-West to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. LPAs act as intermediaries to help clients fund and withdraw from their Rock-West accounts using local payment methods.
Functions of an LPA:
Deposits: Collects clients’ money and transfers it to their Rock-West trading accounts based on deposit requests made via the “Local Payment” method.
Withdrawals: Receives funds from Rock-West accounts and processes client withdrawals upon request.
Payouts: Transfers processed withdrawals to clients using locally available payment methods.
Why Use an LPA?
LPAs provide an alternative deposit and withdrawal solution when traditional payment methods are unavailable or inconvenient. This benefits all parties involved:
Clients: Gain access to funding methods that may not be available in their region.
LPAs: Earn fees by facilitating deposits and withdrawals.
Rock-West: Expands its reach to clients in regions with limited deposit options.
