Your role at Rock West:

  •  Devise, manage and execute your business development strategy and implement plans to meet the company’s targets.
  • Onboard and develop an established book of FX/CFD clients.
  •  Analyse marketing trends, track competitors’ activities, and provide valuable inputs for the fine-tuning of the companies operational & marketing strategies.
  •  Keep track of the progress and the effectiveness of your strategies 
  •  Perform administrative and development functions to assist with the management of the business.
  •  Promote the business in local industry-specific forums and organise training, seminars and webinars in collaboration with relevant staff.
  •  Assist the Human Resources Department with the recruitment of local employees.
  •  Investigate growth opportunities with clients and establish close engagement to drive conversions.
  •  Annotate business performance or other relevant reports as per management requirements.

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • Business fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative to expand and generate business.
  • A positive, goal-driven personality; eager to learn and grow within the company.
